At Leopardstown Meetings and Events you will be looked after by a dedicated events team who have many years experience with the venue and the site. Their experience will allow you to achieve the most out of your delegates and the venue during your event day.

AV

All our Audio Visual requirements are sourced through our recommended supplier IDirect Productions and can be arranged through the Events Team. All rooms in the Pavilion have built in blinds for the glass walls and also inbuilt screens.

Branding

As the Pavilion is a stand alone venue on the racecourse there are no branding restrictions. You can utilise the building and surrounding grounds for any branding exercise – subject to permission by the Events Team.

Furniture

All standard furniture is included in rates for the spaces. Additional furniture and dressing of the room must be organised by the client. Recommended suppliers who have worked with The Pavilion are: Gotcha Covered www.gotchacovered.ie Total Event Rental www.totalevent.ie

Flowers

The Events team have many contacts with local florists who can manage all requirements.

Accommodation

The Pavilion is a stand alone venue but has many hotels located less than 5 minutes. For residential conferences the events team can assist in negotiating preferred rates with local properties suitable to your requirements.

We work with a key number of local hotels for preferred B&B rates so please contact the events team for more information.
