
The complete venue can be hired as one all inclusive conference space with capacity for up to 750 delegates theatre style on the ground floor and catering/breaks on the Mezanine level. There are also many breakout areas in the grandstand area for meetings. The Pavilion is on two levels with the 2nd floor a open plan mezzanine floor. The unique feature of hiring the entire venue is that you will get sole usage of the reception/registration area at the main entrance.

Suite 2 and 3 are ideal for boardroom meetings for 10-12 pax
This open airy space commonly used for Tea and coffee breaks or lunch catering during meetings. It is an open area overlooking the ground floor on one side and an elevated view of the racecourse from the other. Suite 5 is located on this level also and can be utilised for a separate meeting area as required.
